distributors in the United States. For forty years they would evolve through
several reorganizations, selling off their branch locations in the process.
In 1996, Express Auto Parts acquired the BAP GEON stores located in Virginia,
New York, and Texas. Still doing business as BAP GEON, we continue the legacy
